Frequently Asked Questions
To maintain the hygiene of our facilities and protect all pets, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward parasites. If fleas or ticks are detected during the service, a mandatory anti-flea bath treatment will be applied automatically. This will incur an additional charge. In cases of severe infestation, we reserve the right to suspend the service.
Yes, we lovingly care for senior pets. Our approach with them is “Comfort First.” We prioritize their comfort and stability over aesthetic perfection. If the pet shows signs of excessive stress, we will stop the process for their safety.
Detangling tight mats is painful and can damage the skin. If the coat is severely matted, we will not perform painful detangling; instead, we will proceed with a short cut (hygienic shave) to allow the skin to heal. The pet owner will be informed before proceeding.
The duration varies depending on the breed, size, and condition of the coat. On average, a full service takes between one and a half to two and a half hours. We strive to be efficient without sacrificing quality or safety.
Yes, we have staff trained in feline handling and grooming. Since cats require a specific environment to avoid stress, please indicate this clearly when booking.
For safety reasons and insurance policies, we do not allow owners to be present in the work area. Pets often become anxious or make sudden movements when they see their owners, which increases the risk of accidents with scissors or grooming equipment.
Absolutely. Transparency is essential to us. We perform an initial assessment, and if we detect mats, parasites, or conditions that require an additional charge, your authorization will be requested before proceeding.
We ask that any cancellation or change be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time.
If you are outside our main service area, please contact us. Depending on the distance, we may offer the service with an additional travel fee or arrange a meeting point within our operational zone.
Yes, it is mandatory. For the safety of our staff and in compliance with Florida state law, we require proof of a current Rabies vaccination for all pets over 4 months of age.
